My processing time is 1 - 5 days. This is the time it takes me to pack and ship your order. I'm a one person business, please be patient :-)

This means the standard option is already tracked. The tracking option is basically added for flat items (stickers, prints, etc) only, as all packages are shipped with tracking by default. You can choose either one, it won't make a difference :-)
